TransScript® II One-Step RT-PCR SuperMix (+dye)

TransScript® II One-Step RT-PCR combines the first-strand cDNA synthesis with PCR in the same tube to simplify reaction setup and reduce the possibility of contamination. Only gene-specific primers can be used for One-Step RT-PCR. TransScript® II RT and TransTaq® HiFi DNA Polymerase are used in the kit.

Advantages of TransScript® II One-Step RT-PCR SuperMix

• High efficiency cDNA synthesis with TransScript® II One-Step Enzyme Mix and 2xOne-Step Reaction Mix, followed by PCR amplification with resulting cDNA. Simple procedure helps to minimize contamination.
• Amplification product contains base “A” at 3’ end. Purified product is well suitable for cloning into pEASY®-T vectors.
• Amplified fragment up to 8 kb.
• RNase inhibitor included in the mix.
