pEASY-Blunt Cloning Kit is designed for topoisomerse-mediated cloning and sequencing blunt-end PCR products. Suggested DNA Polymerases include TransStart® FastPfu FLY and TransStart® KD Plus Ultra-HiFi DNA Polymerases.
