TransNGS Library Dilution Buffer

TransNGS™ Library Dilution Buffer is optimized 10x Library Dilution Buffer for use next generation sequencing library quantification. This NGS Library Dilution Buffer is compatible with other TransNGS series products and is especially well suited to be used with, but not restricted to, the TransNGS™ Tn5 DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina®, (KP101).

What’s included with the NGS Library Dilution Buffer KB101-01

Library Dilution Buffer (10x) : 5×1 ml

RNase-free Water : 50 ml

Usage of the NGS Library Dilution Buffer

Thaw and mix thoroughly. Prepare the 1x Library Dilution Buffer by making a 1:10 dilution of the 10x Library Dilution Buffer with supplied RNase-free Water (in the quantification kit, it says to use ddH2O). The NGS library can now be diluted with 1x Library Dilution Buffer. The 1x Library Dilution Buffer can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
