The FavorPrep MicroElute Gel/PCR Purification MF Columns are to be used with any GEL/PCR purification kits from Favorgen. These specific columns are the same as provided with the FavorPrep MicroElute GEL/PCR Purification Kit – FAEPK-001. The collection tubes are sold separately.

High Recovery and Sample Concentration using MicroElute GEL/PCR Purification Kit

• High recovery of DNA in the range of 100 bp to 10 kb.
• 10 to 50 ul elution volume is suggested.
