FlyCut™ HindIII
FlyCut™ Hind III is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant Hind III gene. The molecular weight is 35.8 kDa, with the recognition site at A^AGCTT. The reaction condition is at 37 °C, with heat inactivation at 80 °C for 20 minutes. This restriction enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm or mammalian CpG methylation.
