EasyPure® Marine Animal Genomic DNA Kit (with Proteinase K)
EasyPure® Marine Animal Genomic DNA Kit provides a simple and convenient way to isolate high quality genomic DNA from up to 30 mg marine animals. Animal tissue is disrupted by grinding in liquid nitrogen and enzymatically lysed. DNA is bound to silica-based column. The isolated DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction enzyme digestion and southern blotting.
