2x TransStart FastPfu PCR SuperMix (-dye)

TransStart® FastPfu PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of TransStart® FastPfu DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer. The supermix is provided at 2x concentration and can be used at 1x concentration by adding template, primers and H₂O.

Advantages of 2x TransStart FastPfu PCR SuperMix

• Fidelity is 54 times higher than EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase.
• The extension rate is about 4 kb/min.
• PCR products can be directly cloned into pEASY®-Blunt vectors.
• Amplification of genomic DNA fragment up to 15 kb.
• Amplification of plasmid DNA fragment up to 20 kb.
